"I didn't really get this recipe. A little sauce brushed on the chicken during grilling was good, but the flavors of the preserves/vinegar/oregano just didn't marry the way I thought they would. This one won't go in the "keeper" file."

"My family really liked this recipe. I used sharp cheddar, and also added a tablespoon of powdered "Macaroni and Cheese" cheese, to give a more intensely cheesy flavor. No trouble with graininess. Be sure to take the sauce off the heat before stirring in cheese, so the cheese doesn't "goop up" and separate. This may be causing peoples' graininess problem. I also added crumbled crackers to the top before baking."
