"This is a very simple and delicious marinade. I sometimes add honey to the marinade to sweeten it up a bit and I always make extra to have on the side. It's just so good!"

Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

What a great recipe this is! I normally do not like chicken thighs but by slow cooking them they are very moist and not too strong in taste. I serve this dish with sour cream and hot sauce. It's very delicious.
