"Interesting that you say that you didn't tell anyone that it was "healthy.' I've found that when I don't tell people that it's a 'healthy' recipe, they usually don't notice. The power of the mind! I think the biggest struggle is that people see 'healthy"

"I am also a huge fan of BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches. I poach the chicken, pull it, then simmer it in a saucepan with BBQ sauce and brown beer. It's delicious on rolls with blue cheese and sauteed onions. You could also try making Indian food with chicken"
