"These were so cute. I made a mistake and tried using some Pillsury Frosting I had on hand and it didn't work at all. The frosting ran all over everything. We ended up not using the 7 that we made that way as they fell over and make a big glob. But when I used the correct ingredents they worked out wonderful. I made them for my granddaughter's 10 Birthday Party and the girls loved them. They all thought they were soooo tight. Will difinally make again..."

"I made this Sunday(3-14-09) to go with our annual St. Patty's Day dinner of Corned Beef, cabbage, red potatoes and now Irsh soda bread, everyone really liked it including the picky kids (6-13). It was very easy to make. The only change I made was to take the advice of one of the readers and increased the sugar to 2 tablespoons. I also left out the raisins as I have some family members who don't like rasins. Very good will made again....."
