Honey Bun Cake
Nothing to write home about. Liked the texture of the cake, but I think the brown sugar mixture is a bit much, and the icing is way too sweet. If I make it again, I will reduce the brown sugar to 1/2 cup and just drizzle the icing, as opposed to cover the cake with it.

Made it for my mother-in-law's birthday, and everyone loved it. Great cake. Not at all heavy or too sweet. I really like the combination of orange and almond flavors in this cake. I baked it for 55 minutes, tested it with a toothpick, and it was totally done, but the top wasn't a "golden brown".Will definitely make it again.
