My KitchenAid mixer

What is your favorite meal from your childhood:
Plantation Casserole :). There are probably some other names for it... but I don't know them

Scrambled, soft, with cheese

What is your favorite red-colored food or dessert:
Tomatoes! Any form they take is fine by me.

"I did not actually cook this in the slow cooker... I used a dutch oven and followed the recipe by cooking the first part in the dutch oven at 400 degrees for an hour, then adding in the second part of the ingredients and cooking for 20 more minutes. It turned out quite yummy, and the Progresso soup really made the recipe... it added a little something more to the flavor than I think using a cream of mushroom would have."
