"I made these for a Christmas Eve gathering for family and close friends. A number of teens would be there so I fixed fudge and these cupcakes with them in mind. Within about 15 minutes after they arrived, there was not a cupcake or piece of fudge left. I do agree with others that the cupcakes are great but the icing tastes store bought. I, too, will make my own frosting."

"If I don't have boxed potatoes and prefer using "real" potatoes, how many red potatoes do I need? Any reason I can't add a little garlic powder to the mashed potatoes to achieve the same taste?"

"Thank you for your prompt reply. I wanted to make something for a covered dish lunch for Golden Agers at church this Sunday. This casserole was not my first choice, but since I could not get to the store today or tommorrow, I started searching for recipes"

"Grandma's chicken casserole calls for 3 cups Progresso crispy breadcrumb or any dry stuffing mix. I realize that if I just grate slices of bread, it would make the recipe too gummy. But, would a good substitute be to grate stale bread crumbs, sprinkle"
