"My family loved this dish. I used Chicken breast instead of thighs. I added poltry seasoning and seasoned it with rosemary sea salt. I eyeballed the rice and it came out a little wet, but very very good. I would recomend this for the busy work week. I am filing this dish under tried and true keepers."

"Great taste and wonderful flavor. I used applesauce instead of the oil and it was super moist without being wet...everyone in my household loved it. I will make it again real soon."
