"Great recipe! My husband and I enjoyed it because the pork was tender and flavorful, and delicious with the fruit sauce over rice. It was easy to assemble in the crock pot. Instead of 8 ounces of dried fruit, I added 4 ounces of dried apples, and about 1/2 cup raisins. When I make it again I'll try dried apricots since we think we'd like a tangy flavor. I passed along this recipe to two friends, fellow foodies who will appreciate the simplicity and good flavor!"

Slow Cooker Roast Pork with Fruit

Great recipe! My husband and I enjoyed it because the pork was tender and flavorful, and delicious with the fruit sauce over rice. It was easy to assemble in the crock pot. Instead of 8 ounces of dried fruit, I added 4 ounces of dried apples, and about 1/2 cup raisins. When I make it again I'll try dried apricots since we think we'd like a tangy flavor.
