"Easy enough for beginners to make. Taste OUTSTANDING. Wasn't sure how much they would spread. Made a trial run with 3 cookies dropped as stated - one rounded teaspoonful (about half an ounce) per cookie. Nice moderate spread. Used two teaspoonfuls per cookie thereafter. Perfect size cookie. Fewer cookies for me too eat up. Thus deserves five spoon rating."

Easy enough for beginners to make. Taste OUTSTANDING. Wasn't sure how much they would spread. Made a trial run with 3 cookies dropped as stated - one rounded teaspoonful (about half an ounce) per cookie. Nice moderate spread. Used two teaspoonfuls per cookie thereafter. Perfect size cookie. Fewer cookies for me too eat up. Thus deserves five spoon rating.
