Banana-Nut Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting
I received a Betty Crocker cookbook from my sister when I got married in 1958. I made fabulous banana nut cakes from your recipe on a regular basis for many years. My family LOVED those cakes, and never tired of them. 50 years later, after having given up the beloved tattered and stained book, I obtained a 'new' one, which is entirely different, and would love to find a source for a (even torn and tattered) copy of my original book. I have never regretted anything more than giving up my Betty Crocker cookbook, but am delighted to find my favorite recipe here. Thanks for being on-line!
