"We loved this soup! I have a 7 qt. Crock Pot so I doubled the recipe. I used fresh red skinned potatos instead of frozen. I also topped it off with a smidge of parsley as well as the crumbled real bacon I cooked and scallions, more cheddar and pepper. De-lish! Very filling soup."
