Extra-Moist Scrambled Eggs with Chives
"Very moist and fluffy, but I think the recipe calls for way to much butter and milk, I tried it with the 3 tablespoons and I felt so guilty eating it. 1 tablespoon of butter and 1/3 cup milk should be sufficient."

Honey-Mustard Chicken and Carrots
"Simple Ingredients, I was able to get the meal on the table in 30 mins, the carrots were the best part! I over cooked the chicken, but that was my bad, not the recipe, I got distracted making a side dish. I would definitely make again, and the next time make sure I don't cook my chicken to death, lol!"

Steamed Beef Dumplings
"I was intrigued to try Bisquick mix as a dumpling. It took a bit of kneading and a bit more water than mentioned in the recipe, but the dough finally came together. I tried the steamed and baked version and I have to say I think the dough held up better in the baked version. I used 80/20 beef, realizing that may be a little fatty, but it wasn't to bad. When I tried to remove the steamed dumplings from the steamer and some stuck to the bottom of the basket. I attribute it to the fat that accumulated on the bottom while cooking, next time I will try with leaner meat. The steamed dough still tasted good, even if the dumpling had no bottom, lol! The meatball was very tasty! My prep time as longer than 25 minutes because of the dough not mixing quite right at first, plus I am known to be a very slow cook. All in all it was fun to make and I recommend trying it at least once if you've got some time."

Baked Chicken Panzanella
Rating:
This looked good in theory, but it was just too much crouton for me, and I eat them for a snack! Was kinda bland as well and the croutons became soggy.
