"I have been making this dessert for years, probably when it first came out on Betty's Impossible Pies. I could sit and eat the whole thing at one sitting. I make mine in an 8 by 8 inch pan. Some of the coconut rises to the top and you get toasted coconut, which is soooo good. Not a chance of failure here."

"The first time I made this, I used the recipe for the Bisquick crust. I wasn't real impressed with it. The next time I tried using Nila wafers. It was pretty good, but I think I liked it the third time I made it, with a plain graham cracker crust. The Bisquick crust was just too heavy and not the right taste. My husband devours it, regardless of which crust I use. Love it."
