"Nobody's mentioned needing to add water to this - my husband put this on low in the morning and thankfully was home all day to add at least a cup (and I added more when I got home) of water, eventually turning the crockpot off so it wouldn't burn. I also used a thin cut of this steak and it basically was shredded by the time we ate it, not looking anything like the picture! Next time I'll use stew meat, and fresh vegetables - there's not enough potatoes in the frozen bag for my family! Saying all of this - the family vote was this recipe is a keeper so I'll definitely be making it again!"

"This was so easy and SO TASTY. The instructions are a bit long winded, in that they include how to grill the corn. I used an even simpler version of this because I only needed enough for the two of us - it's very easy to remember equal portions of butter/marg and Parmesan cheese. The recipe calls for dill, but the picture looks like chives....I chopped up some fresh chives and it was wonderful. What an easy recipe and a nice change from just butter and salt!"

"HUGE hit at our house! Agree with the comments that the instructions were tedious - but it's actually pretty simple. Perhaps someone at BC could take a look at the wording...I used a 9-inch pan for this, lined with foil (forgot to prespray the foil, but still was able to peal it off). I took it out of the pan to cut up, so it's not as "pretty" as the picture, but my guys certainly don't mind because it tastes superb! I'll be making it again for my parents when they visit this summer...and again when my brother comes out as well....definitely a keeper! (my 4-spoon rating is only because of the recipe wording....the finished product gets 5+ from my family)"
