"I really enjoyed this recipe, as did the man. I was most enticed by the sauce that went into the recipe. It was good, but I think this dish could use just a little more flavor. I'm trying to figure out just what to do to round out the flavor a bit more. I used a little more salt than the recipe called for, but I used low fat low sodium broth. I might use a little more sherry next time. I was also thinking to add just a touch of garlic or onion-- maybe both or even some sage or thyme or something...really, I just felt like the dish was missing a little something.....but overall very good and pretty quick given how rich and delicious it is. I will make it again. "

"It was easy to make is pretty tasty. It seems a little dry. I think I'm going to try to pair it with vanilla yogurt instead of more soy milk. I'm hoping it reheats well. I made it for breakfast this week....."
