Breakfast. Eggs, sausage, taters, gravy & biscuits.

Which kitchen appliance can’t you live without:
skillet..... how would you be able to bake, fry or cook if you didn't have that?

Grilled Black Bean- and Rice-Stuffed Peppers

Most of our family like the peppers. Those that didn't, I used large portobello mushrooms instead. Theat worked quite well. Of course you need to tweak it a bit.
