"Most of our family like the peppers. Those that didn't, I used large portobello mushrooms instead. Theat worked quite well. Of course you need to tweak it a bit."

Most of our family like the peppers. Those that didn't, I used large portobello mushrooms instead. Theat worked quite well. Of course you need to tweak it a bit.
