"I forgot to mention I use my corn within 6-9 months, It may last longer than that, but I am picky. You can tell if it has freezer burn if it looks a little brown, or dried out."

"When freezing corn off of the cob, I use an electric knife. I also make two kinds, whole kernel where I don't "milk" the cob, and cream where I use a butter knife and scrape the cob. When I cook these I use a cast iron skillet with 1/2 stick of melted"
