Super-Easy Chicken Manicotti
This was really good!!! Kids loved it. Baking with the foil on TIGHT and not peeking in, I think was key to keeping everything moist. Kids mentioned they might like more marinara....and marinating the chicken might add more zip. You could also mix the chicken with some ricotta and Parmesan - will make again for sure!

Creamy Seafood Pasta
I made this using alfredo sauce in a jar. I added some clam juice for flavoring. I also added some scallops (very small ones) and only used 1 lb of the shrimp. Otherwise I followed this recipe, and it was a big hit.

Slow-Cooker Twenty-Garlic Chicken Dinner
I really liked this recipe. I used chicken thighs and cooked them for 6 hours, but they were a bit on the dry side. I think with more chicken it would have been better, but I am not sure 7-8 hours is an appropriate cooking time. Like some of the other reviewers said, it got dry. Maybe cook for less time, adjust to your crock pot. Otherwise the flavor was delicious and the roasted garlic cloves were DELICIOUS in mashed potatoes.
