Hearty Chicken Pot Pie
Comfort food that''s easy and delicious. I doubled everything but the egg and veggies and used skim milk and Heart Healthy Bisquick, and it came out perfect. I also sprinkled about 1/4 cup of fresh chopped green onions on top of the soup mixture before I added the topping, and they really added some nice homemade flavor. Was done to perfection in 33 minutes. Despite using ''full fat'' soup, each serving (about 7 hungry- husband-sized in real people math) only comes to 8-ish Weight Watchers points. Great recipe, and a hundred ways to customize.
