"This was very good and extremely easy. The meat just fell apart when it was done, which is great for us. I didn't have to slice it! Served with mozzarella cheese on top. I made no changes."

"I quit baking chicken in the oven years ago because it always came out dry no matter what I did. This was easily the moistest chicken we have ever tasted. I put it on a wire rack on a cookie sheet. I used Ritz cracker crumbs, paprika, pepper, onion pwd, and basil. I cut each breast half in half lengthwise, and it took only 20 minutes total. Just use the spices and the kind of crumbs that you like best and you can''t go wrong with this! Delicious!!"
