Grilled White Chicken Pizza with Caramelized Sweet Onions
"Yumm - I adore carmelized onions. I made this the first time according to directions and it was delish. I have since made it with ranch dressing or caesar dressing instead of alfredo sauce and it was great. I think any creamy dressing would work. I have also added chopped apple, roasted red pepper, pepper jack cheese, bacon, mushroom etc. Just the idea of the cream cheese and a creamy sauce is a good base for any toppings. I have used canned crust and box mix crust too-just prebake them about 10 minutes before trying to spread the cream cheese. I usually use the oven, too cold and snowy to grill all the time."

Steakhouse Chex Mix
"I heeded the advice of HBcook: put all the spices in the butter, put all except onion in the mix, and used the oven baking method. I also reduced the cayenne to 1\4 teaspoon and used Hot and Spicy cheese crackers. The heat was a good level for us, not overwhelming. It disappeared quickly at our house."

Chicken-Vegetable Pot Pie Soup
"I really liked that this was quick cooking. I loved this soup's flavor-must be the poultry seasoning. To save a few fat grams, I used homemade biscuits instead of puff pastry and fat free 1/2 & 1/2 in place of whipping cream. I added more vegetables and some mushrooms. I simmered cut up boneless chicken in some of the broth. Next time I will use more flour to make it thicker. "

Layered Zucchini Ragu Bake
"Taste is good, sorta like lasagna. DH liked it alot and went back for seconds. I liked the rosemary and garlic flavor in the the white sauce. If I make it again I will use about half ground pork and half ground beef and diced tomatoes rather than crushed. In my opinion, the potato is optional and the zucchini would be easier to eat if it was in fork size chunks. I could not fit all the potato and zucchini in my 9 x 13 glass cake pan and ended up using a glass loaf pan for the overflow. 3 spoons because it is not a simple recipe. It has multiple cooking methods and dirtied a lot of pots and pans. Definitely not a quick weeknite dinner. It makes a lot, so good for a crowd or to freeze for another time."

Healthified Greek Layered Dip
"The ingredients sound yummy, but will someone please come up with an alternative to "heathified"? or just leave it off the name. Why not just Greek Layered Dip? I cant rate it till I make it, but will assume 5 spoons just for the flavors."

Bisquick® Velvet Crumb Cake
Rating:
I use the cake part of the recipe for blueberry muffins. Just add I cup or more of fresh or frozen blueberries, then bake in muffin pans. My favorite pan is called a muffin top pan, its wider and shallower than a standard muffin pan. Makes the muffins much easier to eat.

Grasshopper Fudge Cake
Rating:
This are my favorite flavors for my birthday cake, too. When I was a little girl it was chocolate cake with mint flavor. I now prefer the mint flavor in a white cake with the hot fudge topping and cool whip. For easy cutting and a better texture, freeze the cake before adding the toppings, and always serve it cold.
