Citrus Biscotti

"I've never made Biscotti before so after reading the recipe I was concerned about not having enough wet ingredients so I used a cereal bowl to mix the zest and oil together, then added the eggs and mixed well. In a medium bowl I poured the lemon cake mix and created a trough then slowly added the wet ingredients. Using a small rubber spatula, the dough worked into a rough ball quickly. I didn't use my hands until forming it on the pan. Enough dry ingredients was left to scrape onto the dough ball to easily work with the dough. I didn't find this nearly as sticky as a biscuit dough. I followed rest of directions as given. Very flavorful."
