Beefy Nacho Soup
"As previous posters I added black beans, fiesta corn, ro-tel, and the whole packet of taco seasoning. It was good but still missing something. I can't but my finger on it though. I might try cilantro nezt time."

Quick Italian Soup
"Been making this recipe for years now and have perfected it. I add 1/2 clove of garlic when browning my meat and onions. I used 1 cup of beef broth and 1 less cup of water. I just use a small can of corn drained and washed. I also use a can of green beans drained and washed. I use diced Italian Style tomatoes instead. I add 1/2 cup of milk to the mix to to thicken the soup up a bit. I season with Italian seasoning and garlic salt. We call it lasagna soup in my house or as my hubby and all his friends call it - the best soup ever. This recipe is perfect for any occassion - I even serve it up during our hot Texas summer nights but I never had any leftovers. FYI - this soup does not freeze well."

Super-Easy Chicken Manicotti
"Love this recipe!! I read the reviews by others and took all them to heart. Instead of garlic salt I used 1/2 clove of garlic, ricotta cheese, and spinach for a little veggie! I also boiled my chicken. I used my food chopper on the garllic, spinach, and the chicken. I seasoned with Italian seasonings and mixed in the ricotta cheese and a cup of mozerella. I placed in a zip lock bag and stuffed my shells that way. And because I used spinach and chopped up my chicken I have enough mixture leftover to make a half portion size of this recipe that is in my freezer right now!!"
