" crock pot liners ??/// === don't need the extra cost !!! have been using ( a looooong time ) an oil spray -- vegetable ( canola or olive ) , but do try the butter flavored spray !!! it's great !! -- any of the above work very well -- EASY CLEANUP EVERY TIME !!!! "

" i do this often - quick - for 2 ( can b adjusted 4 more ) - cover potatoes with as little water as ppssible - add a blob of butter ( margerene ) - when done - add a can of : clams , salmon , shrimps , chicken /// or any of these you have leftover - let sit 4 a few minutes !! enjoy !!! oooops !!! forgot this === DO NOT DRAIN THE FISH / MEAT U CHOOSE == U NEED SOME OF THE JUICE 4 FLAVOUR !! "
