"This bread looked so good when it came out of the oven and I was very pleased... until I sliced it. The edges started to fall apart as I ran a knife through it. I don't think I over mixed since I read the comment and I was careful not to do it. I followed the direction, too. I'm not sure if this is how it is, for this is not yeast based bread? There's a review says that they made sandwiches, but mine was a little too crumbly to make sandwiches. You definitely need a fork and a plate to eat this sandwich, it will make a mess. I'm confused. It tastes good though."

"Scrumptious! We love this cake. We like it very lemon-y so I add lemon zest to cake mixture and I even squeeze a bit of lemon juice in frosting. My daughter said she would never be too full for a piece of this cake!"

"When I saw this recipe, I thought this was a great way to use left over turkey. I cut up turkey meat into small pieces and made a few different versions - curried turkey with (shredded)mild cheddar, Taco turkey with Mexican blend cheese, and plain (no extra flavor) with just mayo, mustard, and Swiss cheese (added a little bit of chopped onions). They were all very good. My husband and son loved them. They called it "Turkey Hot Pockets". Their favorite was the plain one. I can make all kinds of different hot pockets using this recipe!"

"I'm not sure what I did wrong... I don't think I over-mixed it... Is that because I used lowfat milk??? The taste was OK but it came out too dry. It was so crumbly that we made quite a mess at the dinner table. I will try another recipe for cornbread."

"This was SO GOOD!!! My husband loved it. The only thing is that the cake cracks when I take it out of the cup. I might try to bake it a little longer next time. This is a great dessert for a cold evening."

For some reason, this came out "too fish-y" for my taste. It's like canned tuna flavor overpowered everything. It was OK but not our favorite.

I found this recipe 2 years ago and fell in love with it. So far I have created 3 different versions (mocha, lemon, and apple). They are all very good. Mocha is very popular among the ladies at my work. I am planning to create more... spiced tea, matcha (green tea), and mango (my husband's request), too. This roll cake is sort of thin and my husband, who loves this so much, can finish the whole roll in one day. So I normally double the ingredient to make a big one!

I was not too impressed with this one. Every time I use cookie mix, they seem to overpower everything and ruin the main factor of whatever you are making. They are not too bad and this will be convenient if you need make something quickly. I rather stay away from short-cut, though.

I make this ice cream cake for everybody's birthday in my family. I alternate ice cream by individual likings - So far I have used vanilla, cookies and cream, and mint chocolate chips. They all came out great. You can get creative with toppings and make special one just for you!

I love cream cheese and when I looked at this recipe I had to make it. I was disappointed because the cake came out dry and a bit salty. (It's too Bisquick-y.) Sprinkling with powdered sugar would not be a good way to serve this cake - it's too dry and plain by itself. It needs to be with something for moisture and flavor; such as whipped cream, ice cream, yogurt, or fruit toppings. I topped with whipped cream and sliced strawberries and bananas.
