"SO YUMMY! I'm surprised to see that this got even one negative review. I use regular sour cream and about half of the amount called for. After making it the first time I personally felt it was too much sour cream. I also double or triple the amount of mushrooms. The whole family loves this, even my husband who doesn't like mushrooms loves it (he picks some of them out but eats it for the most part). A+++"
