This was really good by itself. I made it to go with the Chicken Marsala, but it didn't go really good with it. But I would definitely make it again just with another dish. Also it made way too much for a side dish. I had risotto leftovers for a few snacks in the afternoon, but didn't mind.

This was very delicious and I will definitely make again. I gave it 4 stars due to lack of seasoning and sauce. I upped the sauce to 1 cup Marsala and after cooking for 10 minutes there was nothing left to put over pasta. Next time I would maybe add some onions to the mushrooms and garlic and season the chicken with salt and pepper before dipping it in flour. Definitely use at least 2 cups of Marsala.
