"I make this using 3 1/2 cups of Heart Healthy Bisquick (omitted the flour and salt),low fat cream cheese, and a low fat butter substitute stick. I also used the omega-3 eggs. It turned out very good. You have to be careful not to overcook or it will be dry. One time I poked holes in the bottom before I inverted in and poured over some orange juice to soak in (just enough to moisten, not drown)and that helped with any dryness. I think you just need to play around with this if you want your cake and want to keep it as healthy as possible!"
