"I made this tonight to serve w/ beef stew. This dish is amazing! A savory dish which is a nice change from butternut squash recipes that use cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, etc. I did use equal amounts of panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese - 1/3 cup each. I also broiled the dish (uncovered) for a couple of minutes after the recommended baking time. This will be served in our home time and time again..."
