"Plain chicken inside the manicotti seemed a little dull so I cut up the chicken tenders and mixed them with shredded mozzarella, a container of whipped cream cheese, italian seasoning and minced garlic. Turned out really good, just a tad on the dry side. Next time I think I will increase the sauce."

"Turned out pretty good, but I definately want to play with it more. Couldn't find the cream of celery soup in the cabinet so I went with cream of mushroom instead. Might try increasing the rice to 1 cup next time as well as adding additional veggies. This was a hit with the hubby and son."

Slow Cooker Caramelized-Onion Pot Roast

Rating:

Couldn't fit the amount of onions this calls for in the crockpot, but it was still amazing! This recipe is definately a keeper!
