"I used whipped cream cheese frosting, and I added just a tad more mint extract than listed. Everyone loved them! They freeze great as well. I pull them from the freezer in the a.m., and add them to the kids' lunch boxes. "

Easy Grasshopper Bars (Gluten Free)

I used whipped cream cheese frosting, and I added just a tad more mint extract than listed. Everyone loved them! They freeze great as well. I pull them from the freezer in the a.m., and add them to the kids' lunch boxes.
