Italian Pork Chops
Just made this tonight. Instead of pan frying the chops, I baked them to avoid the burning/ temperature issues so many others had. Seasoned the chops with salt & garlic powder and used flour instead of bisquick. Did not have garlic breadcrumbs so put a little bit of italian seasoning in my plain crumbs. Baked for 45 minutes, turning after 25 minutes at 350. Was relatively tasty and tender. Will make again, but may brine the chops and definitely use bisquick next time to see the difference. BTW, used extra bread crumbs on the bottom of the baking pan under the chops to facilitate turning the chops without losing the breading. Hope that helps someone.
