"This is a very delicious recipe. Even if you don't typically care for this sort of thing, give it a try because it really is that good. Makes a nice sized small cake for those times when you don't want to make (and eat) a lot of cake."

"I thought these would be more like a granola bar (harder and crispy), but they were more like a pumpkin bread. It was very tasty but even when I doubled the serving size, I consider that a very small serving. I wanted to substitute the oil with applesauce but forgot. But I enjoyed them very much just the same."

"My 18 year old daughter made these and they did not look anything like the picture. The cookie dough was indistinguishable from the brownie. She also said the brownie part needed about 20 extra minutes to cook. We did use a Betty Crocker brownie mix but not the one specified. The end product was good but nothing like what was promised. I don't know if the problem was the mix we used or operator error on the part of my daughter. I will definitely try it again but this time I will use the ingredients specified and make sure the instructions are followed to the letter."

Sandwiches were VERY tasty. Loved by the whole family and very easy to make. I used a 4 pound Corned Beef and cut off all visible fat before puttin it in the crock. I used light rye bread and reduced fat swiss. Because they are not fried/grilled I think it is a very healthy alternative to classic Reubens.

I made this for my family. They LOVED it. My aunt kept sneaking slices after she had tasted it. It was easy to make but I used a 13x9 pan since I did not have a 15x10 and baked for the time indicated. It came out great. If you like apple crisp you will love this too. The craisins are a delicious addition. I may try cutting down slightly on the butter and sugar also as suggested by the previous reviewer.

It is very good and easy to make. I did NOT cook the pasta first or tweak it in any way. I followed the recipe exactly and used a 10" pie plate. A real keeper.

First of all - this was very easy to make. Everyone LOVED this cheesecake. It was sooooo good. I read the previous comments and wish to add my two cents. - My cheesecake did not crack at all - My cheesecake was moist and not dry - I didn't use a water bath - I love mint and the flavor was great, not too minty Only issue that I had was that I used whipped cream from the can and it looked great when we decorated it but after a short time in the refrigerator the whipped cream seemed to melt all over the cake. It did not detract from the taste though. I did put the Andes candies on top and it was really pretty decorated like the photo.
