"This tastes wonderful for a pie this easy to prepare! I couldn't find key lime juice, so I used sweetened lime juice + a few packets of sweetner instead. Rather than make the crust, I purchased a pre-made crust. It came out great anyway. I enjoyed the light texture, but I may try to change the ratios- adding a bit more condensed milk and less cool whip to see if it tastes as good with the traditional denser texture. A definite keeper!"

"I was sceptical... but this lasagna was a huge hit! I never get a universal 'loved it' from my family of 5... but I did this time!! I replaced sausage with chopmeat, briefly cooked the tomato sauce with some olive oil and garlic prior to mixing with meat. Since I started cooking late that day, I set the crockpot on high for about 2 hours and it came out perfectly cooked. A must try!"
