Fluffy Key Lime Pie (lighter recipe)
This tastes wonderful for a pie this easy to prepare! I couldn't find key lime juice, so I used sweetened lime juice + a few packets of sweetner instead. Rather than make the crust, I purchased a pre-made crust. It came out great anyway. I enjoyed the light texture, but I may try to change the ratios- adding a bit more condensed milk and less cool whip to see if it tastes as good with the traditional denser texture. A definite keeper!
