"Its very refreshing and filling. Low in calories and carbs.As a covered dish, it is easy to prepare and can be prepared the night before. It enhanced all the other covered dishes that was prepared by other art students. NOTE: We are all over sixty five years of age. Most are either Dibetics or have hypertension or both. It is hard to come each week with refreshing and different recipes."
