"i made some serious adjustments... but they were yummy, so i'll give the recipe 5 spoons :) i used 1.5 cups mix and 1 cup water to not make as many. i didn't measure the banana, just mashed up 1 medium-sized ripe one. i also used 1/4 cup frozen blueberries instead of the walnuts... and then i topped with syrup rather than carmel sauce/nuts. this way we got fruit AND fiber in our breakfast!! i froze the leftovers in between waxed paper - i would guess a bit in the toaster or microwave would make for an easy hot breakfast in the future."

"I used shredded Mexican Blend cheese (since I didn't have cheddar on hand) and added some chopped orange bell pepper (since it was about to go bad in my fridge). I also used a package of 6 FlatOut Flatbread Wraps instead of 10 tortillas, so they turned out larger and with lots of fiber and protein. I served with chips and salsa, and it was a great, quick recipe using ingredients that I usually have on hand (and, clearly, easily adjustable)! Great for between grocery runs."

"This is the first time I've tried cooking Thai food, and it was a success! I, too, agree that it could have used a bit more kick (especially since I used regular diced tomatoes, not spicy ones). Was very easy to make - the hardest part was peeling the shrimp :) I served it over rice, so it made for a full meal."
