Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Cookies
"The batter was really tough and did not blend together until I mixed the batter with my hands. I baked the first batch just like the directions and kind of dry. The second batch I made I added an extra egg and a little vegetable oil to moisten the dough. The second batch ended up better than the first but still just ok. Kind of disappointing since I LOVE peanut butter and chocolate together."

Ten-Minute Bruschetta
"Of course bruschetta would taste better with fresh tomatoes but since this is an easy fast recipe I thought the canned ones worked just fine. Just drain them as much as possible so not runny. I added a little mozzarella cheese to the tops and baked until melted. I will definitely make this again."

Piggy Pancakes
"I saw this pic and thought WOW what a great easy idea I never would've thought of on my own! I usually buy Fiber One pancake mix. I even put a little dab of fat free whipped cream under the blueberries to keep them in place and looks like more detailed eyes. GREAT idea that takes no more effort really when you are already making pancakes for your family."

Watermelon Cake
"I just made this today for the first time. I saw the picture on the website and thought I HAVE to try that. I took it to a family cookout and I got SO many compliments on it! Everyone was amused by the bright watermelon look of it and I think EVERYONE tried it. Everyone thought it was really good. For the flavor mix-in I used raspberry crystal lite to-go pack. The color was perfect and the flavor was mild but you could taste it. The cake was VERY moist. I did not have a problem with mini-chocolate chips sinking. I did not add jelly beans to the outside of the cake. I think they would've been overkill. I like the idea of sprinkles instead but with chocolate chips on top I really don't think the cake needs it. This was an easy recipe that was a big hit with adults and kids. Plus it is a great conversation piece. Plus it tastes as good as it looks :) I'll definitely make it again!"
