BANANAS FOR BANANA BREAD--how "ripe" can they be before...
"Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper. Cut bananas into slices. Put slices on sheet, into the freezer. When frozen, put into ziploc baggies. Easier to defrost and use in smoothies-no clump o'banana! good luck!"
