"Very good recipe, and very easy to alter. I didn't have chicken breast so I used ground chicken. I cooked the chicken with some chili powder for more flavor. I used two different salsas for some extra flavor, and added an 8 oz. can of corn. The crust is a little dry - anyone have suggestions on how to change this? All in all, a good, easy, quick, and cheap dinner. Like others have said, very easy to adjust to your liking. "

"Just enjoyed an incredible Indian dinner - this curry lentil and rice casserole along with Indian-spiced chicken. The casserole came out perfect. I used golden raisins instead of regular ones (my mom insisted), and it was delicious. I left it in the oven for about 1 hour and 15 min. and the rice and lentils were cooked well. If you're new to Indian food, I definitely recommend it!"

"This was absolutely delicious! We grilled it at a medium-high heat and it turned out great! The sweet potatoes were soft and the peppers were tender. My family was a little wary of the dish when I told them what I was making, but everyone loved it and it was all eaten up :)"
