Grilled Ribs with Cherry Cola Barbecue Sauce
"Recently married and having the in-laws over for dinner for the first time. My husband and I contemplated for a while what we wanted to make. We ended up doing these as my husband and father-in-law love ribs. They were delicious, had great flavor and super moist. My husband did the ribs - we didn't have cherry coke but used regular coke plus grenadine. Other than that, followed the recipe exactly. My husband was very excited about the raves his parents gave him. Paired it up with grilled asparagus, caprese salad and garlic bread. Great dinner! Would recommend. Since my husband made them, I’d say the recipe was fairly easy to follow."

Creamy Corn and Garlic Risotto
"Not really a fan of this one. Like other comments, there is not enough liquid called for in this. I added to add a substantial amount more. It wasn't that it was bad, it's just not one that I thought did not have a lot of flavor and I think the corn was a little over powering. In my opinion there are a lot better risotto recipes out there!"

Italian Beef and Rice Skillet
"Okay, my boyfriend loves rice so I am trying to find more dishes with rice in them for him. I made this and it turned out so good. I used sausage instead of hamburger and added red pepper flakes for a little bit extra. I think it could have been a little bland with out. Now it was delicious right after it was cooked, but the leftovers were amazing! I gave the recipe to my mom to make and she and my dad decided the leftovers were so good that this would be a “cook the night before” recipe!"

Taco Beef Bake with Cheddar Biscuit Topping
"Ok, I have been attempting to make something different and new to me at least once a week. I haven’t been on my own for too long and am not used to cooking on a regular basis. I try to find recipes that will not send me to the grocery store with a huge list. This was easy and delicious! I also appreciated that I had most ingredients on hand. I followed the advice of some of the other reviews and added black beans and onion. My boyfriend loved it and so did I. I will keep this recipe on hand! I was surprised with the amount of flavor it had. I finished with a dollop of sour cream. Yum-O!"
