Baked S’mores Doughnuts with Chocolate Glaze
The glaze is too drippy and makes a mess. Hard to eat with the graham crackers flaking off. The doughnut recipe part should have a teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract in it. This recipe needs modification or deletion. Some people blog just for the pride of saying that they are a blogger.

Spiced Blueberry Muffins
The blueberries we get here are large and tasteless. The old-time small blueberries were delicious. So I substituted re-constituted and cut-up dried apricots for the blueberries plus a few raisins. I also added the 1/4 cup sugar to the recipe. Splenda loses its sweetness when cooked or baked I find. So I used baker's sugar - a superfine sugar available on the market. Baker is not its trade name, merely its designation.

Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes
I would double the garlic and use peanut oil instead of olive oil. Peanut oil can stand high temperatures. Also I would add sun-dried tomatoes to the recipe. Add a spinach salad to this and put on olive oil and vinegar as dressing. A small sweet dessert would complete the meal. Also, use California-style lemon pepper seasoning for the seasoned salt.
