"I purchased this to make for my husband for his birthday (I am the one with celiac disease). I am impressed on the texture, the moistness but there is an after taste I couldnt describe. It was horrible. The raw batter and the cooked results had the same after taste, that reminded me of chemicals. I threw it away, I was very disappointed. Never again!"
