These are a big hit with kids and adults alike. I used Russell Stover jelly beans instead of candy corn...their oblong shape and the colors were great...better than the candy corn. It was a great way to use an unopened bag of Easter candy.

I've made this recipe twice for our fall party. This year, I used a container of port wine cheddar cheese and made a pumpkin about the size of a baseball. I had fresh basil outside and it made great "leaves." The larger pumpkin was a big hit. We'll be having it for Thanksgiving. Definitely make at least a day or so ahead of time. Serve with crackers and pretzel sticks.
