"Made this last night for the first time without reading the reviews beforehand. I used rotisserie chicken and shredded Italian blend cheese instead of the Swiss. It was extremely thick when I just followed the recipe so I ended up adding the rest of the chicken broth. It ended up being an easy, great tasting, very filling soup that is definitely a keeper. The hubby finished it off!"

"I haven't made one of these for awhile but I think it is supposed to be one tablespoon plus one teaspoon of water. I do know that it is only water that gets mixed into them."

Cheesy Broccoli-Potato Soup
