"I didn't know about this when I first saw it, but I had all the ingredients, so thought I would try it. It was full of flavor, my husband and 5 yr old son ate it up. My husband asked me to double it next time, so he could have some for lunch leftovers. We had it with a garden salad. Yummy!"

Impossibly Easy Taco Pie
