"A very good recipe. A great way to extend ground beef, as this makes enough for six adult servings out of only a pound of ground beef. The result is a fresh tasting meal, but a bit bland. For the leftovers, I added a small can of chopped mild green chiles and that perked it up nicely. Next time I might add a can of Rotel to begin with. "

A very good recipe. A great way to extend ground beef, as this makes enough for six adult servings out of only a pound of ground beef. The result is a fresh tasting meal, but a bit bland.
