Southwest Cheese Soup I changed the recipe based on reviews and my cooking knowledge and my five spoons rating is based on my result. I added an entire package of frozen corn, a finely chopped celery stalk, two finely chopped carrots, diced cherry tomatoes, and probably an additional 1 and 1/2 cups of milk. The addition of the veggies diluted the saltiness of the dish, added nutrition, and color to the dish. We really enjoyed this satifying dish.
