"I only wanted to half the recipe. Maybe that was my mistake. By halving all ingredients, and putting it into an 11x7 pan, they fell apart, and were mushy. Not a good combination. Tossed the whole thing. Was surprised that the oatmeal didn't hold up for a sturdier base. This recipe SHOULD NOT be halved. My bad. :-}"
