"OMG! This is SO my recipe from 30 years ago! Here are some pointers as done over the years of making this. Instead of just regular bread crumbs, use half italian breadcrumbs and half italian Panko breadcrumbs. After turning chicken to the opposite side, place mozzarella slices as opposed to shredded on each piece. Then cover with sauce and cover skillet with lid for 20-30 minutes. This will tenderize the chicken further to give you the best tasting Chicken Parm evahh!! Ya, I'm from Massachusetts! Believe me, this is the best!"
